CD RESEARCH

From our crit on Friday our plan has changed. We have decided to Create 25 CD's, 5 from each genre. The genres we have chosen are:

• Reggae/Ska
• Rock n Roll
• Motown
• Hip Hop
• Indie

The concept behind it is :Getting to try new music, we will pass out CD's round the class and get them to have a listen and post some feedback to a twitter account / Facebook page. From here we can respond with information on the artists and where they are playing in the area.

We will create some kind of informational poster and leaflet on what we are trying the achieve this will include information on each genre. 

We will only include tracks with artists that are playing in Leeds.

I have been given the genre of reggae, using allgigs.co.uk I have found artists that are playing in Leeds soon. I have had a look on youtube and have chosen some songs I will include on my Mix CD.
